An on-site inspection is conducted at the physical location where consumer reports are received, managed and stored. The inspection is consisted of taking digital photographs of the building exterior, secure storage areas, work space and proper disposal method in order to confirm that consumer reports will be maintained in a secure area.
A physical on site inspections is the verification of place of business, office space, furnishings, equipment, presence of employees, marketing materials and business license (if applicable) as FCRA requirement credentialing of users who access consumer information.

The reports will include a complete set of digital photos along with detailed information within inspection report, whether we are looking at equipment, a business or property. You can view and manage photos from within your secure online client portal.
