In order to meet the risk management needs of our clients, we need to maintain a network of independently contracted professionals to document and verify equipment, businesses, inventory and collateral across the country.
WHAT DOES A FIELD AGENT DO?
A Field Agent is an Independent Contractor who is paid per assignment to complete an evaluation, inspection of a business, or a asset verification of specific criteria, that can either be scheduled or anonymous depending on the request. When participating in anonymous assignments, the field Agent pose as a regular customer while performing the evaluation. During scheduled projects, the field agent may identify themselves before or after the evaluation, depending on the type of project. After the project is completed, the field agent will submit their collected data through an secure web-based portal.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AS A FIELD AGENT
Genuinsight contracted inspectors must be professionals with great observation and communication skills. You must be detail-oriented, prompt and courteous. All inspectors must be a business entity (LLC, Sole Proprietor, etc.), must pass a criminal background check and must undergo regular procedure certifications and quality reviews. As Independent Contractors performing services for Genuinsight and our clients, inspectors are required to be equipped with the necessary tools to complete each contract. Inspectors must have an approved Android or iPhone mobile device with camera capabilities with which to complete the inspection reports. Additionally, inspectors must have reliable transportation, and be flexible and available to travel up to (and in some instances beyond) 50 miles on relatively short notice.
